He handled numerous change orders while margins increased, battled against top-tier restoration contractors to win a job, and received positive feedback from customers on his project management service. KRS Project of the Year | Kiener East Parking Garage - St. Louis, MO
This KRS self-perform crew has worked incredibly hard to bring this large, complex, and challenging project together for our partners. Located in downtown St. Louis, the Kiener East Parking Garage project has been successful and continued to help KRS build its resume to win additional work. Nancy's support has been incredibly impactful to the KRS team - spearheading a new accounting system. She exceeds expectations with her positive attitude and helpful demeanor.
